Danish Labour Market

Denmark continues to be the easiest place in Europe to do business and in the world Denmark is ranged as number three only surpassed by New Zealand and Singapore (Source "Doing Business 2019" by the World Bank).
The reason is partly due to good labour market regulation.
The Danish labor market is known for its high job mobility, flexibility and competitiveness.
The labour market model is primary regulated by collective agreements between social partners. The social partners are employéers and employees - each organised in various types of organisations.
